A big international relief effort is being organised in the Philippines where more than 10,000 people are thought to have died after the country was hit by Typhoon Haiyan. Anne Taylor, Emergency Coordinator for Asia Pacific Médecins Sans Frontières, told Jill Emberson that the organisation already has teams on the ground, but the main problem is access.
