Sexual violence recognises no borders. Regardless of culture, country or socioeconomic status, many women and girls face devastating consequences due to sexual assault.
But there are many on the front line of this battle seeking to bring light to the issue. Ahead of International Women’s Day, Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders/MSF) invites you to join us in exploring what more can be done, to care for and protect, the individuals and communities affected by sexual violence in Australia and internationally.
Directed by ABC Foreign Correspondent’s Sally Sara, five expert panellists will share their experiences and insights into sexual violence care, before responding to an anticipated lively Q&A discussion on sexual violence in Australia and abroad.
