Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager this key position will create appealing and engaging website content and produce marketing material that both inspires and informs. The content you produce will showcase MSF’s humanitarian work as well as contribute to our website upgrade project.
Working collaboratively and cross functionally your accountabilities will include optimisation and strategic management of website content; coordination and analysis of content campaigns; supporting email marketing retention strategy; as well as documenting processes and acting as the point of contact for the MSF Australia website upgrade project.
To be successful in this highly visible and accountable role you will have a natural ability to multitask and balance competing requirements. You will be motivated by the opportunity to promote MSF's humanitarian aid work and ideally can demonstrate:
- Digital communications qualifications or experience in a similar role within web content management, production or email marketing;
- Project management and editing skills;
- Experience using website Content management Systems (Drupal or WordPress);
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- and a keen interest in being a part of a humanitarian NFP organisation.
