Outbound Supporter Relations Officer

MSF Australia is expanding their Supporter Relations team to include an Outbound Donor Support team to be accountable for contacting existing donors to validate or re-activate their pledge details and completing critical administrative tasks to foster ongoing donor engagement.  

Collectively the Outbound Donor Support team will ensure that our valued donors receive the best possible care and service. Accountabilities will include outbound calls to validate, re-engage and reactivate donations;; respond to queries or requests raised by donors; administration; input into project work and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. 

Requirements  

To be successful in this collaborative and diverse Outbound role you will be known for your resilience and tenacity, your natural ability to inspire others and your interest in contributing to humanitarian aid work globally. Ideally you can demonstrate the following: 

  • Previous Outbound Call Centre and Customer support experience;
  • Confident phone manner & excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of database systems and strong computer literacy;
  • Extremely high attention to detail; 
  • A customer focus; and 
  • Keen interest in being a part of a NFP organisation.
