Reporting to the Supporter Relations Assistant Manager this data entry role is responsible for critical administrative tasks supporting the MSF fundraising team and servicing our current and potential donors.
Working as part of a team you will ensure that our donors receive the best possible care and service. Accountabilities include: data management; banking; reconciliations; administration and input into project work and process improvements.
12 month contract working 3-4 hours per day, 5 days a week – flexible start and finish times available.
To be successful in this collaborative and key role you will have the ability to work autonomously within a supportive team, and ideally can demonstrate the following:
- Confident experience with database systems and strong computer literacy;
- High attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- and a keen interest in being a part of a NFP organisation.
