Supporter Relations Donor Facing Team Leader
The Supporter Relations Donor Facing Team Leader coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Donor Facing (DF) team and enhances the supporter experience, ensuring the integrity of all donor interactions. The role ensures that all supporter interactions are conducted in a positive and accurate manner, reflecting the charter of Médecins Sans Frontières.
The Supporter Relations department consists of a Manager, an Assistant Manager, a Donor Facing Team Leader, an Administration team, and a Donor Facing team. It also includes a Technical Coordinator responsible for tech support and projects.
