Supporter Relations Officer (12 month Contract)
Reporting to the Supporter Relations Assistant Manager this phone-based customer service and data entry role is responsible for critical donor facing and administrative tasks to support the MSF fundraising team and assist our current and potential donors. Collectively the Donor Relations team ensures that our valued donors receive the best possible service and attention.
Working independently within a collaborative and friendly team your accountabilities will include:
- Connect with donors to keep them informed on current MSF campaigns
- Respond to phone and email queries from donors
- Data management
- Involvement with working groups to support your knowledge growth
- Input into projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Administration and reconciliations
12 month full time contract with flexible start and finish times available. Future potential to extend to permanent will be considered.
Requirements
To be successful in this key influential role you will enjoy engaging with people and working independently within a supportive and professional environment. You will be energised and motivated by working in a global humanitarian organisation and ideally can demonstrate the following:
- Call center and customer care experience;
- Confident experience with database and phone systems, and strong computer literacy;
- High attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills; and
- A keen interest in being a part of a NFP organisation.
