The primary accountability of this role is to attend to all reception queries in the Glebe office, including liaising with visitors, suppliers, field workers and couriers. In addition, you also will undertake administrative tasks supporting the Administration Manager.
X3 days available: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 1pm
To be successful in this role, ideally you can demonstrate:
- proficient MS Word, Excel and Email skills;
- comprehensive administration skills; and
- the ability to communicate effectively face-to-face, over the phone and via email.
