Médecins Sans Frontières search and rescue teams are providing emergency care for refugees attempting to cross the Mediterranean Sea.
Malik, 18, from Gambia was rescued by a Médecins Sans Frontières crew from a rubber dinghy which was taking on dangerous amounts of water.
