Despite the immense challenges, MSF teams in Gaza continues to provide critical humanitarian care under our registration with the Palestinian Authority.

While MSF’s international staff were forced to leave Gaza at the end of February, our more than 1,400 Palestinian staff in Gaza are continuing to provide healthcare and save lives. This is despite the personal losses and hardships they endure.

We currently support two hospitals (Nasser and Al Helou) and run two field hospitals in Deir Al-Balah. We have four primary healthcare centres in Al Mawasi, Al Attar, Khan Yunis and Gaza City.

Just in March 2026, the generosity of our supporters meant that MSF teams:

  • Carried out over 65,000 medical consultations
  • Admitted more than 4,000 people in our hospitals
  • Performed 1,000 surgeries
  • Distributed more than 100 million litres of water

MSF refuses to turn away from our patients, and we are asking you not to turn away from them either. Every donation makes a massive impact on the lives of the hundreds of thousands of Palestinian people who remain within the territories.
