Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, the Business Analyst/Project Manager will support all functions across the business in day-to-day operations, being the point of contact for optimising processes, managing projects and supporting with change requests and training needs. The role will also be a focal point for international projects and will act as a bridge between the MSF Australia and the rest of the global organisation.

Reporting to the Transformation Program Manager, the PMO Analyst will be responsible for the set-up phase and implement protocols and processes and training handover. They will work closely with the Change Manager, and provide project management support and services, project governance and control services to key projects in the MSFA Transformation Program.

The PMO Analyst role is accountable for providing all primary PMO services for the Transformation Program, including but not limited to support on specific projects where assigned.

Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, the Senior Business Analyst for Engagement will support all departments across the organisation for implementation projects and day-to-day system operations for Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Communications, and Analytics. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager - Fundraising this supporting role will focus on increasing awareness, engagement, conversion and retention for MSF financial supporters through the management of a diverse digital marketing portfolio which includes donor acquisition, lead generation and brand awareness.
