Supply management is essential to resourcing MSF’s humanitarian activities, but avoiding disruptions is not easy in the context of war. Earlier this year supply chain advisor Noor Teja and deputy program manager Sylvain Perron visited eastern Sudan to help break through some of the barriers to getting equipment, materials and medicines to MSF’s teams. Teja’s visit itself coincided with drone attacks affecting key entry points for supplies in Port Sudan.
