Despite constant insecurity and complex health challenges, Dr Gerald Riordon focused on building strong and respectful working relationships in his first assignment with MSF. With a background as a general paediatric advanced trainee, Gerald managed a team of 20 doctors providing paediatric and neonatal specialist healthcare to people in the large Rohingya refugee camp and local population.
